No Direct Refunds: As all books purchased on this site are printed on-demand and shipped directly from a third-party printing company, direct refunds are unavailable. This ensures costs can be kept low and pass those savings on to you.
Quality Assurance: A highly reputable print-on-demand service is used to ensure the highest quality for every book.
Defective Products: In the rare event that you receive a book with severe printing defects, I want to make it right. Please contact at IsaacAmperano.com/contact with “[Printing Quality]” in the subject line. I’ll work directly with the printing company to address the issue and explore potential solutions, including a replacement copy if necessary.
Digital Products: For any digital products (e-books, etc.), due to their instant delivery nature, refunds cannot be offered once the product has been downloaded.
